PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION:

•  A STATEMENT DESCRIBING HOW THE PROJECT SUPPORTS THE MISSION OF THE LAUREL GARDEN 
   CLUB.

•  A TIMELINE OF THE PROJECT.

•  A DETAILED BUDGET FOR THE PROJECT.  INCLUDE ANY AVAILABLE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS BIDS, ESTIMATES, PLANT LISTS.

•  A LIST OF OTHER ORGANIZATIONS PARTICIPATING   IN THE PROJECT.

LIST OTHER FUNDS, GRANTS, AND PLEDGES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT.

AMOUNT BEING REQUESTED FROM THE LAUREL GARDEN CLUB:   _________________________________

    This proposal, which applies to all committees, should be submitted to the Executive Committee, which then will present it to the membership for approval.  The deadline for submission shall be the time of the next scheduled Executive Committee meeting. For committees requiring an operating fund, a yearly budget should be prepared which would then be submitted to the Executive Committee, which would present it to the membership for approval and funding.
